Next generation Digital Post

Our approach

Regardless of whether it is organizational or technical implementation, Peak’s consultants can assist with or handle the management of next generation Digital Post. Concretely, we can approach the task based on 1, 2 or all of these following tasks and stages: 

Preliminary analysis 

In collaboration with you we analyse your situation through workshops and interviews. Subsequently, we recommend a choice of solution model. The analysis also involves a benefits analysis, risk analysis and overall charting of your systems. 

Charting analysis  

Together with one of your employees and through interviews with system owners, we chart and document the AS-IS situation. This gives us the necessary basis for deciding on the authority’s transition to the new solution.

Project support  

We advise and support your project manager/application manager in planning and completion of the transition. This can be in the form of liaison, task recipient for the Agency for Digital Government or coordination between user groups and suppliers. 

Project management  

We handle project management of your specific projects during the transition. This can for example be project planning, establishment of recipient system, end2end-implementation of the MeMo-format or supplier- and contract management.

Anticipate the waste of resources

Next generation Digital Post is not a project that initially creates benefits. For this same reason, it can be tempting to deprioritize it and perhaps push the implementation to the 11th hour. This can be dangerous, however, as the task is often much larger than initially assumed, and thus it swallows way more resources than it would otherwise.
